ALLIE'S BLESSING

We blessed Allie on Sunday January 10th. It was such a nice blessing. Matt did a great job. He was a little nervous, as most guys are. We blessed her at Matt's parent's house. Is was really nice to have a small blessing. We just had my family and Matt's family there. Allie has been such a blessing in our lives. We love her so much.

GIRLS NIGHT OUT

We decided to get together with the cousins last week for girls night out. My cousin Marshall's wife is in town because her mom passed away right before Christmas. We wanted to spend some time with her, so those who could went out to dinner at Chili's. It was so much fun getting together. I just love all my cousins. We always have such a good time when we hang out.

ALLIE 2 MONTHS OLD

Allie is now 2 months old. She is growing so much. She went to her 2 month check up today and got her first set of shots. It surprised her at first and she cried for a minute but did great afterwards. We just love her!

We had a great Christmas this year. We spent Christmas Eve going out to breakfast at Cracker Barrel with my brothers and cousins, then playing games all day before going to dinner at Applebees. We were able to talk to my brother Brian who is serving a mission in Japan. He is doing great. Christmas morning we opened presents with my family then went to Matt's parents house to open presents there. It is so great to have both families in the same town because it makes it much easier to travel back and forth to be with both families. We had Christmas dinner at my cousin Leslie's house. It was so great to have Allie with us this year for the holidays. What a great way to end the year. She was the best present ever!

We had so much fun seeing the lights and enjoying dinner with our friends. It's been a few years since we have been able to see the lights at Temple Square. Next year we will be able to take Allie without being worried about the cold. I just love the holidays!
